We accept many insurances. If we do not participate with your insurance or if you do not have insurance, we can still treat you (and for much less than an emergency room visit).

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, cash and in state personal checks.

We will also bill for auto accidents and worker’s compensation injuries (with the proper claim information).

We can provide you with all of the necessary paperwork for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
